Dr Justine Schelle obtained her Medical degree in 1996 from the University of Tasmania. After working in psychiatry in London for several years, she completed her training in Sydney at Prince of Wales, Rozelle and the Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2005 and obtained a Master of Psychiatry from the NSW Institute of Psychiatry in 2006.
Currently employed by Sydney South West Area Health Service, Dr Schelle also works as a Visiting Medical Officer at Tamworth Regional Referral Hospital. She is an accredited Registrar supervisor with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry.
Dr Schelle has experience in medico-legal assessments including assessments for the Guardianship Tribunal and for Power of Attorney.
